Alternative products for Applied Biosystems (ABI) Genetic Analyzers allow to reduce significantly experimental costs and achieve the same results. For ABI analyzers 310, 3100, 3130, 3130xl, 3730 and 3730xl there are offered alternative polymers, replacing original POP-6 and POP-7 polymers, 10 x Running Buffer (with EDTA), BigDye® Terminator 5x Sequencing Diluter Buffer and DNA size standards. All products give perfect results for a perfect price.
Alternative products for Applied Biosystems analyzers do not change existing user selected protocols or set values.

Running Buffer
Using original ABI Running Buffer together with alternative POP polymers can reduce the readability of sequences. When using AlterPOP 10 x Running Buffer, the readability is up to 1000 bp.
